As CEO of CoEqual, Gayle works directly with CEOs and other C-level executives to help them define their brand stories and create a thought leadership platform and promotion strategy. She also manages CoEqual’s extended team of consultants and selects collaborators for projects, particularly in cases where a leader’s new thought leadership program requires a brand refresh in other areas of the business. In addition, she serves as a lead for peer groups and interviews all prospective peer group members.
